She is a recipient of many prestigious Canadian Awards, including 3 Gemini Awards and a nominee of the first Canadian Screen Awards. Ksenia is the only Canadian actor to win the two Gemini Awards in a row. Solo an incredibly versatile and gifted actress who has a ballet background is well-known for her multifaceted character. Solo is known as the actress that played the determined Veronica, the rival of Natalie Portman in Black Swan. Also, she played the manipulative Holly opposite Dominic Monaghan, in the psychological thriller Pet. Also, she performed the role of the young and innocent Lucy opposite Maria Bello, in In Search of Fellini. Solo is lauded for her versatility in her roles in the world of television, most notably the role of Kenzi in Syfy's fantasy-noir hit Lost Girl.
